We have a dedicated parking space across Plaza Ferdinand and we have a parking permit that will allow you to park anywhere on the street at no cost. We also just recently bought a parking permit for the lot in the adjacent alleyway.

Rob Rushing

Owner

Jenny and Rob are the owners and hosts of this downtown condo, which they have enjoyed renovating and using when not rented. Rob grew up on Pensacola Beach, and Jenny and Rob are raising their family in nearby Gulf Breeze. Rob is a retired lawyer that now runs a team of Realtors with Jenny. You may decide you love it here so much you want to live here! We can help with that!

50% due upon booking

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancellation is 14 days or more before the start of the reservation. No refund if less than 14 days prior to the start of the reservation.
