Rob Rushing

Owner

Jenny and Rob are the owners and hosts of this downtown condo, which they have enjoyed renovating and using when not rented. Rob grew up on Pensacola Beach, and Jenny and Rob are raising their family in nearby Gulf Breeze. Rob is a retired lawyer that now runs a team of Realtors with Jenny. You may decide you love it here so much you want to live here! We can help with that!

We accept up to 2 dogs. We have a fenced back yard, but please do not let dogs in the pool since their fur will clog the pump. Please also dispose of all poos in the yard.

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Full refund if cancellation is 30 days or more before the start of the reservation. No refund if less than 30 days prior to the start of the reservation.
